Basing on industrial camera image analysis, our software is able to monitor and control working devices and production lines. It can also detect and diagnose any failure or disturbance. Developing highly optimized and reliable own hardware and software solutions, Metasoft reaches the intended superior efficiency and reliability. From picture capture, analysis, compression/decompression, recording, keeping, and exterior devices cooperation, complex image processing supplies you with really integrated, reliable, and friendly software tools. All the Metasoft products are based on the joint software frame core, that allows creating both universal and highly specialized applications. The Metguard video capture card lets you control digital image perception, from the level of hardware quantisation, conversion, and early data procession by Metasoft specialized drivers.
Experience
We gained our experience in cooperation with German and Swiss companies, creating advanced systems of production aid and control, mainly for car (VW, Audi, Seat, CPT, Kern+Liebers) and electronic (Philips) industry used in Germany, Spain, Argentina and Philippines.We developed machine vision software working on PC based systems and on specialized industrial cameras as well (VC11, VC38, VC65 from Vision Components).
